In Shop Policy

All artists and apprentices have gone through training to meet the requirements of Connecticut‘s Health and Safety Codes. This is to ensure your safety as well as others. We ask that any serious health issues please be made known to your artist before booking. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our tattooed community safe!

Booking Policy

Please reach out to your artist directly for booking questions such as quotes, hourly rates, etc. as every artist is priced differently. All appointments are booked through VAGARO. Every appointment booked will require a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $50.00 or more. Your artist will direct you on how to pay this deposit via Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, etc. as every artist has a different deposit method that works best for them. Appointments must be booked 48 hours in advance to ensure that your artist has time to prepare. We allow a 15 minute period for tardiness. If you are still not present for your appointment WITHOUT notice, your appointment will be cancelled, deposit terminate, and clients on the waitlist will be contacted to take your appointment. 

Cancellation Policy

We are extremely strict with our cancellation policy to ensure that our artist’s time is respected just as much as yours. Our artists depend on your punctuality and presence, as they are independent contractors who do not get a paycheck at the end of each week. Our artists begin the design process for your tattoo 24-48 hours before your appointment. We require a 48 HOUR MINIMUM time notice to reschedule your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled/rescheduled BEFORE the 48 hour mark, then your deposit will be carried over to your new appointment. If the appointment is cancelled/rescheduled AFTER the 48 hour mark, your deposit will be terminated and a new deposit must be put down in order to reschedule/rebook. 

If you cancellation/reschedule your appointment 24 hours or less BEFORE your appointment, 50% of the booked service will be charged to the card on file and a new deposit will be needed to reschedule/rebook. A card must be on file through our booking site (Vagaro) or appointment request will be denied.
NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REFUSAL OF ALL SERVICES AND 100% OF THE BOOKED SERVICE WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE.
